Wildwood Wellness Therapy
Professional Bio
Gavin is a therapist with over 10 years of experience working with people facing trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, and complex mental health challenges. He has a strong focus in men’s mental health, first responders, workplace injury claims, and those struggling with the long-term effects of trauma and burnout.
He understands that many people spend years carrying difficult experiences on their own, often trying to manage by pushing through or shutting down. Gavin’s goal is to offer a space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported while working toward practical change.
His approach is grounded in CBT, DBT, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and somatic-based strategies, always tailored to the individual. Gavin believes therapy should feel real, collaborative, and focused on helping people better understand themselves, build stronger coping skills, and create lasting change in their lives.
