I am a registered Professional Counsellor (RPC-provisional) offering counselling services with the Canadian Professional Counsellors Association (CPCA) based in Kelowna BC. I provide a supportive and grounded space for individuals seeking to better understand themselves, navigate challenges, and work towards meaningful and lasting change. My therapeutic approach integrates Somatic Experiencing therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), grounded in a person-centred foundation. This means I focus on meeting you where you are, honoring your lived experience, and supporting your natural capacity for healing. I believe therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs. With a background in working with youth (12+) and families, I bring a relational and developmentally informed perspective to my Kelowna BC therapy practice. This experience has deepened my understanding of how early experiences, relationships, and environment shape emotional wellbeing across the lifespan. I am committed to creating a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you can explore what's going on beneath the surface, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself in a meaningful way.
